You will be the first point of contact for callers, therefore previous customer service experience and an excellent telephone manner are essential.

- Be the first point of contact for callers
- Use Microsoft Teams to answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Effectively route calls to the appropriate individuals/departments
- Ensuring callers reach the correct contact efficiently
- Take details messages accurately and email then to the correct recipient
- Strive to provide exceptional customer service to all callers, leaving a positive impression of the organisation
Person specification:
- Previous customer service experience
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Teams and Office

Additional Information:
- Laptop is provided
- £16,489 per annum which equates to £11.50 per hour (£20,986 FTE)
- Monday – Friday, 9am – 3pm, with 30 minute lunch break
- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) rising to 33 after 5 years’ service
