Our client, an established firm of Financial Planners form part of St James Place. They are now looking to recruit an additional Administrator & Receptionist to join their team to undertake all support tasks, while representing the business as their Front Of House. Joining a highly successful and respected practice, this is a truly exciting opportunity for a high calibre individual who is keen to progress their career.
Responsibilities:
- Interacting with clients in an efficient and professional manner
- Responsibility for continued administration, general office duties.
- Meeting and greeting clients.
- Booking meetings.
- Answering and forwarding phone calls.
- Communicating with clients via emails and phone calls.
- Printing and preparing meeting packs and preparing.
- Speaking to providers.
- Chasing letters of authority.
Requirements:
- At least 12 months working within a similar role of Admin or Receptionist within the Professional Service sector.
Our client is looking for a Self-motivated, career minded, enthusiastic and positive but meticulous individual, who is able to work as part of a team and have a flexible approach.
