Receptionist / Administrator - Eastleigh - Full Time hours - £25,000 - On site
We are assisting a global, massively growing company located in Eastleigh in their search for a Receptionist/Administrator to complement their thriving team. The role entails overseeing the main reception area and providing comprehensive administrative support across the leadership team, making this position pivotal within the company. The ideal candidate will serve as the linchpin, embodying the essence of the business, necessitating an approachable demeanour, adept interpersonal skills to establish immediate rapport, and the capability to multitask seamlessly in a dynamic environment.
The Receptionist/Administrator is responsible for:
- Answering all incoming calls in a bright, courteous, and timely manner and transferring them to the appropriate person
- Greeting all visitors, ensuring they sign in, and announcing them to the appropriate staff member
- Receives and distributes mail as required
- Preparing reports for the Directors
- Co-ordinates the booking of meeting rooms and lunches
- Organising travel and accommodation as required
- Co-ordinate Customer Satisfaction Surveys
- Stock coffee machines and order as appropriate
- Co-ordinate and promote social events
- Point of contact for Charities
Key skills and experience
- Previous reception and administration experience, along with booking intricate travel
- Ability to multi task and manage a busy workload
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels
- Professional and flexible approach to work
- Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
