Receptionist and Office Coordinator
Birmingham Temporary Assignment Up to 12.60 an hour
GRG are seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join our client's team as a Client Services and Operations Assistant. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations within their organisation. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
Acting as the first point of contact for enquiriesMaintaining client records with course booking data, taking payment/invoicing and dispatch of material as required.Working with the Senior Management and other stakeholders to help deliver high quality service to the company's Midlands clients and act as the primary day to day contact for a range of employers.Supporting Account Managers/Client Relationship team with data collection, invoicing, implementation of programme changes and sharing feedback/highlighting issues.Supporting as required on the completion of core course operations for the delivery of Midlands courses.Performing a range of administrative tasks to ensure the efficient functioning of the Birmingham Centre.Skills and Experience
Previous administrative/customer service experience in an office environment.Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and relationship–building skills.Excellent customer/client care skills.Strong organisational and time management skills.A positive and solution–focused attitude to work.Ability to use initiative and proactively manage workloads.Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads.Excellent attention to detail.Job Offer
