Part Time Receptionist
Salary: £11,108
Location: Hull
This is an excellent opportunity if you are looking for a part time permanent position. You will be first point of call for any visitors who enter the premises as well as being responsible for in-coming telephone calls and general administrative support to the HR and accounts team. This role would suit an all-rounder with previous reception and administrative experience.
THE ROLE:
Part time position, Wednesday afternoon, all day Thursday and Friday
You will also be required to cover additional hours for holidays and sickness.
Answering in-coming telephone calls and dealing with queries
Meeting and greeting of visitors which will entail booking meeting rooms and organising refreshments.
Providing administrative support to internal departments
Ordering stationary and handing deliveries
THE CANDIDATE:
Previous experience in administration and reception
People skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
Able to work to deadlines with attention to detail skills.
You must be a committed person who is looking for stability in a role
Good IT skills and be open to new challenges
