As receptionist, you will be right at the forefront of our client's operations. From warmly greeting visitors to ensuring smooth front desk operations, your role will be pivotal in creating a positive first impression and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Managing front desk tasks efficiently
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors
- Handling enquiries and directing calls appropriately
- Proficiency with IT systems, especially the Microsoft Office package
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Key requirements of the Receptionist:
- Previous receptionist experience is essential, Minimum of 2 year's experience required
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word, Excel)
