Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Skills:
- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed
- Previous experience as a beauty receptionist role is preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Apprenticeship
Pay: £12.50-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
