A sophisticated hub for conferences, meetings, and training sessions are currently recruiting 2 x part- time Events Coordinator/ Receptionists roles on a temp - perm basis.
Duties and key responsibilities:
- Meet and greet visitors at the main reception
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls
- Deal with public and customer enquiries
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
- Handle sales enquires and bookings
- Proactively follow up on enquires and follow up on any lost business
- Maintain and develop good working relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, stakeholders, and external organisations
- Provide general administration support
- Order and maintain relevant supplies
Hours of work:
Role 1: Monday and Tuesday 1:30pm - 5pm and Friday 12pm - 5pm = 12 hours per week
Role 2: Wednesday and Thursday 1:30 - 5pm and Friday 7:30 am - 12:30 pm = 12 hours per week.
Rate of pay: GBP13.50 per hour
