E3 Recruitment are actively searching for a Receptionist to cover a 2 week assignment with one of Leeds' highest regarded Engineering organisations.

This award-winning organisation was recently ranked as one the top 25 Engineering employers world-wide.
Since their establishment over 160 years ago, they have become a household name within a number of high-profile industries including Oil & Gas and Power Generation, and now employ over 15,000 people across 180 facilities world-wide.
This organisation is currently searching for a Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis.
Based just a few miles from the M1 & M62 motorways in LEEDS, the successful Receptionist will easily be able to commute from surrounding towns & cities including Bradford, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Pontefract, Castleford, Selby, Wetherby, Dewsbury and Halifax.
Key responsibilities of the Receptionist will include:

• Answering and directing incoming calls appropriately, including effective use of the internal switchboard.


• Greeting visitors in a welcoming manner and ensuring that arrival & departure procedures are met


• General administration and making travel arrangements for visitors as and when required

Working Hours of the Receptionist:
37 Hours per week, across a Monday to Friday pattern:

• 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday

In return, the Receptionist will receive:

• Renumeration: £13.00 per hour (£25,350.00 per annum)


• Holiday Entitlement: 33 Days (pro-rata)


• Contract Length: 2 Weeks - potentially extended but guaranteed


• Access to various onsite facilities: free onsite parking, subsidized canteen and gym
