This assignment is part time - working Monday to Thursday
- To greet customers providing a high standard of professional interaction and service throughout their therapy journey and ensure the smooth running of the day to day clinic and administration process.
- To be IT literate and able to use our clinic data base system (training will be given)
- To deal with appointments, enquiries, bookings and cancellations from emails and over-the-phone
- To maintain and support harmonious working relationships within the clinic.
- To possess general knowledge of the clinical treatments to be able to provide information and advice to customers (Full training will be given).
- To contribute to the delivery of high-quality care of customer needs.
- To have sound knowledge and working practice of The Medical Company policies. (training will be given)
- To ensure that the clinic including treatment rooms are kept clean and tidy at the end of a day, supported by cleaning staff.
- Ordering sufficient general housekeeping and office supplies.
- To attend all mandatory training and other clinical and customer service training as required.
- To be responsible for taking payments for treatments in clinic or by phone.
- To answer telephone calls and deal with as many enquires as possible.
- To take deliveries and post and delivery to the appropriate person.
- To highlight any building/facility requirements to the Practice Manager and liaise with providers.
- To keep a sufficient level of documents required for patient information.
- Any ad-hoc duties that may be required to ensure the day to day running of the clinic runs as smoothly as possible.
- To prepare/check and file patients files and forms
- To prepare and send letters / reports to customers/ LEA / GP’s and Schools.
- To support the Practice manager with GDPR SAR requests.
- To download and save patients files and reports on the clinic system
