We are seeking a well-organised and customer-focused individual with strong administrative skills to join our busy Recruitment team. The role is anticipated to commence on 15th April. You will provide administrative support for a variety of Recruitment activity, from advertising through to the on-boarding of new employees. A key aspect of the role will be to ensure the accuracy of information on our HR system. You will be a first point of contact for a range of customer queries. You will have strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and will be able to work on your own initiative. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and experience of using databases/systems is essential. The role is primarily based at our Uxbridge Campus; however there may be a requirement to work from our other campuses at Harrow and Richmond as/when required.
