Recruitment Assistant

Your new company
As the Recruitment Assistant, you will be joining a new public sector organisation being set up in Northern Ireland.
Your new role
As the Recruitment Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Drafting, editing and finalising job adverts, candidate specifications and job descriptions.
Posting job adverts and liaising with external stakeholders to register roles
CV sifting and candidate shortlisting
Organising interviews
Distributing offers
Onboarding including gathering compliance and processing security checks.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a high volume recruitment role with a focus on public sector appointments
Recent experience co-ordinating CTC security checks
Ability to manage strict deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desirable

CIPD Qualified

What you'll get in return
