One of the largest organisations In the energy sector are looking for a bright, enthusiastic graduate (or equivalent) with some recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience, to assist the recruitment process of high level executives to work in the UK and overseas. This opportunity will help to enhance the successful candidate’s career as it offers opportunity to develop and skills needed to work with highest calibre of colleagues and clientele. You will understand how to liaise and source some of the worlds most sought after candidates. Representing the company in a client facing role will help you to gain an understanding of the highest level corporate environments and how professionalism is the key to maintaining the standards set by the company. We are looking for the brightest and hard working individuals who can meet the expectations set by the company.  Our client offer luxurious working environment and every other Friday as an off Friday so 26 further days leave on top of 24 +8

Duties & Responsibilities

• Source for high calibre candidates and support our Recruiters with administrative support.
• Arrange and coordinate virtual interviews and assist with the scheduling of face-to-face interview workshops.
• Assist recruitment team with collection of candidate documentation and system updates utilizing the new Success Factors platform.
• Manage candidate expense processing.
• Assist with candidate offer preparation.
• Provide analytics and reporting support to the recruitment team.

Role requirements

• Experience in recruitment administration and support is essential.
• Degree Level Required (Or equivalent)
