As part of this expansion, we are looking to recruit highly organised and driven individuals who would like the opportunity to put their stamp on how the division develops, with multiple specialisms available. Ideally you will have some experience of permanent recruitment within a recruitment agency environment, but previous Local Government experience is not required.
We offer an extensive career development program and from day one we will work with you to further enhance your skills for generating business, account management, interviewing and assessing candidates whilst gaining specialist Local Government knowledge. You will also be responsible for a portfolio of clients; you and your manager will work together to develop a strategy for maintaining and developing relationships with them.
What we require:
- Previous experience (1 - 2 years) of permanent recruitment
- We're looking for team members who are motivated by success, money, personal development, and career progression
- You must have excellent written and oral communications
- You need to be very organised and efficient, with the ability to perform tasks autonomously
- You will need to demonstrate that you have the confidence to work in a fast paced and varied environment with changing priorities
Our Package:
The basic salary will depend on your previous experience. It remains an incredibly competitive package in today’s marketplace from £25,000 - £30,000 depending on your employment background.
Once eligible for commission the financial rewards are within your control. You can expect to earn circa £10,000-£20,000 in your first year, on top of your basic salary.
A transparent career path via our 'Pathways & Milestones’ progression model gives you the opportunity to progress your career with uncapped earning potential both in relation to your basic salary and commission.
