Salary: £21,000 basic + commission and bonuses

My cleint is a recruitment agency specialising in the construction sector. Their dynamic team in Wolverhampton is dedicated to connecting top talent with industry-leading companies. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join us on this exciting journey.

What You’ll Do:

- Source, identify, and engage with potential candidates for various roles within the construction sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidates with suitable job opportunities.
- Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Work towards achieving sales targets and earning competitive commission and bonuses.

What We’re Looking For:

- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales is essential. You should be comfortable with meeting and exceeding targets.
- Recruitment Experience: Some experience in recruitment is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided.
- Sector Interest: A keen interest in the construction sector is required. Prior experience in this field is not necessary.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivation and Drive: Self-motivated, with a desire to succeed and grow within the recruitment industry.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
