Moving our operations together will allow us to better optimise products and services and ensure that colleagues with similar operational skills are invested in and can work in closer proximity to deepen their own specialisms and develop their careers.
As part of this team it is a brilliant opportunity at this exciting time for someone to join our People Operations to lead on Recruitment Operational Performance Management, Analytics and Insight. This person will be responsible for leading a small team of data analysts to build a consolidated talent acquisition operational performance dashboard and present value adding visualisation and insights for our talent acquisition function.
This includes:
• consolidating all aspects of data analysis, reporting, forecasting and planning to ensure the recruitment teams have access to accurate and relevant data to support operational performance and decision making.
• presenting visualisations, trends and insights to leaders across recruitment operations and talent acquisition to support performance management, improve efficiency and release capacity
• building and delivering a backlog to continue to improve our ways of working

Location: Halifax or Leeds
Hours: Full time
Working Pattern: 2 days per week in the Halifax or Leeds office

This person will be responsible for leading a small team of data analysts to build a consolidated talent acquisition operational performance dashboard and present value adding visualisation and insights for our talent acquisition function.
Here’s where you’ll make a difference
Responsible for leading a team of data analysts to build a consolidated talent acquisition operational performance dashboard and present value adding visualisation and insights to recruitment operations and the broader talent acquisition function to enable robust operational management.
This includes:
- Consolidating all aspects of data analysis, reporting, forecasting and planning to ensure the recruitment teams have access to accurate and timely data to support operational performance and decision making.
- Presenting visualisations, trends and insights to leaders across recruitment operations and talent acquisition to enhance operational performance management, drive efficiency and capture capacity
- Building and delivering a backlog to continue to enhance operational management and insight
You’ll need
- Extensive experience in Recruitment Operational data analytics.
- Demonstrated success in effectively communicating data insights to stakeholders, promoting data-driven decision-making, and upskilling colleagues in data literacy.
- Must have well developed, advanced data analytics skills to analyse large data sets, identify patterns and trends, and provide actionable insights. Proficient in data analysis software such as Excel, including Power Query, with an understanding of SQL, Python (Pycharm) and R.
- Ability to undertake team coaching, upskill and solve technical queries.
- Experience in presenting findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Python or R libraries to create charts, graphs, and dashboards that can effectively communicate insights to non-technical audiences.
