This organisation is the UK\'s largest non-profit care home provider, with 27 homes across the country. The role in particular will be providing their South region (London & Central and Nursing and Kent regions) with strategic recruitment support.
Your new role
Reporting to the HR Operations & Systems Manager, and joining a team of two, key responsibilities will include:
* Working closely with care home managers to develop recruitment plans that meet the requirement of homes, addressing any potential challenges
* Assessing current recruitment needs at care home and head office levels, developing strategies that will meet these needs
* Leading and implementing international recruitment strategies
* Driving engagement with local universities and colleges to attract new talent as it enters the job market
What you\'ll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have:
* Strategic recruitment experience within the healthcare sector
* Excellent experience using and implementing ATS programmes
* Experience with international recruitment and sponsorship programmes
* Excellent stakeholder management experience
What you\'ll get in return
You will be able to work on a hybrid basis (accessible from mid-probation) with 2 days per week minimum required at their offices in EC2. You will also have 28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) and a competitive employer pension contribution scheme.
