Recruitment Specialist

Green Orchard Recruitment are delighted to be supporting uur client, an award-winning business, headquartered in Mid-Devon with the recruitment of a Recruitment Specialist to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

With flexibility on location, this role can operate as a remote (occasional travel to site in Mid-Devon), hybrid or office-based position depending on your personal situation and preferences.

Joining an HR Team, consisting of HR Manager and HR Assistant, you will be responsible for driving forward their recruitment objectives for a varied workforce across the UK. You will need to possess an exceptional ability to multi-task and manage a busy, time-critical schedule of work.

Salary:

c.GBP35,000 per annum (36.25 hours a week)

Key responsibilities of the role

• Being fully responsible for managing the whole recruitment process
• Creating strategies to identify and attract top tier talent
• Building nurturing relationships with potential candidates, colleagues and stakeholders
• Work with the wider team on a range of exciting ad hoc projects

About you

• Ideally CIPD Level 5 / 7
• Proficiency in using social medial platforms for lead generation and talent acquisition
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Work proactively, take the initiative, approach and overcome problems with a positive mind-set
