There are three roles available, one based in each of Darlington, Birmingham and Cardiff. This role requires office attendance from Monday to Friday each week, as well as regular travel to locations within your office's region, to ensure efficient operation and coordination of DBT's IT services. There may also be the need to travel to another site outside your region, to help with office installations. Travel to your primary office location of either Darlington, Birmingham or Cardiff will not be paid for by DBT, but costs for travel to an office which is not your main location will be covered. , , You will be part of a wider Regional IT Service Management team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical support, maintenance, and local IT service management.
