My client is seeking a new Regional Sales Manager to develop and increase sales with their customers and distributors, while maintaining existing accounts. Suitable applicants will have knowledge in one of the following sectors, medical and industrial X-Ray, Analytical Instrumentation or Industrial High Voltage Applications. This role is primarily nurturing existing accounts with a 20% split on generating new business.
Duties will include:
- Responsibility for customer sales accounts and representative activities in the sales region of responsibility and within the sales region of responsibility generating new business through new and existing customers.
- Arranging customer visits to discuss development of new and existing requirements.
- Supporting the internal sales team and customers with application and technical product information.
- Carrying out detailed marketing analysis for products and preparing reports for presentation to management.
- Generating sales enquiries, identifying requirements and preparation of detailed quotations and proposals.
