SalaryWhat’s on offer:
- £45,000-£50,000.
- 36 days annual leave (28 + bank holidays).
- 5% profit share.
Registered General Care Manager Responsibilities:
- To have overall responsibility for the operational and care delivery functions of the service, reporting to the Director.
- To continually work on growing the business.
- To maintain and build relationships with local commissioners.
- To manage clients’ care packages and to be responsible for ensuring high standards for their ongoing care.
- To have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC’s Essential Standards.
Registered General Care Manager Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in Home Care or a Residential Care Home.
- Must have achieved a minimum of a Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
- Must have a UK Driving Licence.
