Position: Home Manager
Pay rate: £52,200 - £56,700 per annum (depending on experience) + Excellent employee benefits
Location: Alfreton, Derbyshire
40 hours, Supernumerary hours
Time Recruitment is looking for an experienced Registered Home Manager to join an excellent, award-winning care provider at their well-established nursing home in Derbyshire. The home is part of a leading care provider who have now been established for over 30 years in the Midlands and have over 5 successful homes.
With a GOOD CQC rating and a supportive management team in place, this home has a track record of providing the highest standard of development for all their staff. As a Home Manager you will receive the best amenities and tech from senior managers to run this excellent home.

Responsibilities as a Home Manager:
* Overlook all home operations
* Ensure all work is done according to CQC regulations and NMC Code of conduct
* Provide support and development to all staff
* Ensure all residents receive tailored care
Requirements as a Home Manager:
* Active UK NMC Pin
* Previous nursing home experience as a deputy manager/Home manager
