The Client:
Our client is a reputable residential care services provider, offering exceptional care for children and young people aged 8-25 years with autism, learning difficulties, and challenging behaviours.
The Role:
As a Registered Manager, youll oversee two residential homes, guiding and inspiring team to achieve optimal outcomes for the young individuals under your care.
Requirements:
- Previously worked as a Registered Manager or in a similar role.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience within childrens residential settings.
- Level 5 diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care for Children &Young People or equivalent qualification.
- Familiarity with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Skilled in IT.
- Enhanced DBS check.
- Ideally have 2 years of experience in an Ofsted regulated environment.
