Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: GBP32,000.00-GBP40,000.00 per year

Schedule: 8-hour shift Monday to Friday (Weekend availability)

You'll be at the helm, steering the creation and business growth of this service while collaborating closely with the owners to expand the Domiciliary side of the venture. Your responsibilities will extend to nurturing the expansion of the service and achieving registration with the CQC.

Skills wanted:

• Business development experience.
• Qualified to the level of NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care.
• Internal auditing.
• Liaising with external agencies.
• Recruitment, training, and retention of staff.
• Supervisions.
• Referral, and assessment management.
• Attending and hosting meetings.
• Care and Support planning.
