We have a client with an exciting opportunity to lead a team within a large Learning Disability Group. They're a fantastic organisation who strive to create a supportive and positive environment for both staff and clients - it's a great place to be!
As a Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Day-to-day management of the service
- Ensuring the highest levels of care are maintained
- Leading and developing your team
- Ensuring compliance with CQC guidelines
For this role, you should have:
Experience in a similar role, or a strong background in healthcare management
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (or be willing to work towards this)
Strong leadership skills
The ability to build relationships with a wide range of people
