As a Registered Manager, you will ensure the best person-centred care service is provided to ur residents whilst promoting their interests and understanding their needs.

To apply for this Registered Care Home Manager role, you will need experience in a challenging Care Home Management role with at least 5 years of experience as a Registered Care/Nursing Home Manager. You will also require the following:
- Experience and knowledge of working in dementia care
- Experience of financial management planning
- Experience with CQC
- Experience managing a care team, encouraging, leading and motivating others.
