Leadership Skills: The role involves leading a team of staff to deliver excellent care. Candidates should demonstrate leadership abilities and the capacity to support and evidence growth for the young people in their care.
Understanding of LD: Candidates should possess knowledge of LD and be able to demonstrate techniques and strategies tailored to meet the specific requirements of individuals with LD.
Regulatory Experience: Candidates must have experience working in Ofsted regulated environments and have been part of Children's Residential Care for over 2 years.
