We are seeking a Registered Manager with the experience, skills and motivation to lead a small team, help us grow and ensure that the quality and delivery of service remains outstanding with young people at the heart of all we do. Time Out Fostering currently support over 30 families across a geographic area reaching from Chichester to Hastings. We are totally independent and not part of a wider group. Being truly independent allows us to be creative and proactive and allow the opportunity to be a part of shaping the agencies future. We are looking for an inspiring manager to lead and further develop our outstanding independent fostering agency.
As the Registered Manager you will ensure the children we look after and the foster carers who care for them achieve the very best outcome.

You will need:
A recognised Social Work qualification and Social Work England registration. At least 3 years’ experience in fostering or social care. A level 5 Diploma in Leadership, or to complete this as soon as possible in post.
Evidence of leading a team by example offering empathy, excellent communication, respect, and clear direction. Extensive knowledge of fostering legislation, procedure, and compliance and will lead the service through regulatory inspections.
A clear understanding of safeguarding and child protection and the ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
