Job Description
Quality Mark Protection is looking to recruit a dynamic Relationship Manager to join the existing team. The focus of the role is to build rapport and form strong relationships with our existing and newly onboarded clients.
Whilst experience in a similar industry is not essential for the role, it is preferred. You must be naturally motivated with an enthusiastic get-up-and-go attitude.
Main responsibilities:
Managing the day-to-day requirements of our clients.
Build and strengthen relationships with clients to achieve long-term partnerships.
Operate as the main point of contact for our clients.
Communicate with clients to understand their demands and needs.
Identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the Marketing Department to develop new offers.
Provide accurate performance reports.
Operate in an office-based environment.

The role is based on-site with working hours of 8.30 am - 5.00 pm
