Renewables Sales Executive - Hoddesdon - 25k Basic + Uncapped Commission (80-100k OTE)

Alecto Recruitment are working with one of the leading installers of renewable energy systems in the Southeast of England. Our client specialises in both commercial and domestic renewable energy solutions, including Solar PV, EV chargers and Battery energy storage systems.

They are currently looking to expand their internal sales team with an exciting full time permanent employment opportunity for a driven Renewables Sales Executive. The role involves direct sales including the sale of EV chargers, solar panels and battery energy storage systems.

Package:

• £25,000 Basic + Uncapped commission at 7% of every sale (80-100k OTE)
• Hybrid working with 4 days from home and 1 day in the office per week
• 20 days holiday + Bank holidays
• Company pension scheme

The Role:

• Hybrid working with 4 days from home and 1 day in the office per week
• Hours are 8:30am-5pm + some weekend or Saturday appointments if agreed.
• Converting leads to EV charging, Solar PV and Battery storage sales
• Daily outbound contact with potential customers.
• Hosting Microsoft teams meetings and some face to face meetings
• Liaising with customers and providing excellent customer service.
• Provide sales report to Management.
• Observing system design and creating proposals for customers.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in renewable energy sales or a similar field
• Good working knowledge of Solar PV, EV charging and battery storage systems is ideal
• Full UK driving licence and open to travelling for face-to-face meetings as needed
• Applicants should have a strong track record of domestic or commercial project sales / business to consumer or business to business sales.
