Job Description


The Researcher Development & Outreach team develops and delivers training and events for authors, peer reviewers, and editors. Reporting to the Director of Researcher Development & Outreach, this role will actively contribute to the team strategy through:

  • Coordination of external events for authors, peer reviewers, and editors
  • Data collection, analysis, and communication of trends for all Researcher Development and outreach projects
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of materials for researcher events
  • Ensure agreed processes are followed, with high standards of accuracy/quality

Qualifications


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working in academic publishing and/or research
  • Presentation design skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Knowledge and ability with IT systems including core MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Power Point)

You must have the right to work and live in the United Kingdom. This role is open to candidates in all locations across the UK. This role will be based predominantly from home in the UK, with occasional travel to our office in Milton Park, Oxfordshire.
