Resident Service Advisor / Reception

Hourly Rate: £10.90
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm
Our client, a leading property management company, is seeking a temporary Resident Service Advisor/Receptionist to join their team in Manchester.
In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for residents, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported throughout their stay. Your friendly demeanour and excellent customer service skills will be essential in building and maintaining strong relationships with residents.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Handling day-to-day enquiries from residents and potential residents, both in person and via phone and online communication channels.
- Managing and distributing property keys.
- Checking in new residents and providing a warm welcome.
- Conducting viewings, both in person and virtually.
- Providing professional and courteous assistance to all customers, both in person and on the phone, with a sense of urgency and empathy.
- Conducting inspections in an efficient and professional manner.
- Logging maintenance issues and coordinating repairs as needed.
- Maintaining an awareness of student welfare issues and reporting any concerns to management.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and going above and beyond to meet residents' needs.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Previous experience in administrative or reception tasks.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proven track record of working in a customer-centric environment.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
