This role could be for you if have,
- Previous experience in a senior/ team leader/ Home Manager role.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Empathetic and caring nature.
- Ability to lead a care team
- Meeting and exceeding residents expectations.
Qualifications required:
- You will hold an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care.
