A highly organised Residential Property Administrator now required to join a well known privately owned property company based in their Islington office.
The Residential Property Administrator
The Residential Property Administrator must have previous experience.
Primary responsibilities include the following:
- Drafting of Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements.
- Issuing rent increases for Regulated Tenancies.
- Issuing rent increases for Assured portfolio by way of Section 13.
- Effectively collating tenant references for new lettings as required.
- Protecting residential deposits in a timely manner.
- Dealing with all tenancy deposit returns, negotiating deductions if any with tenants and ensuring the return of deposit is carried out in a timely manner.
- Issuing rent credits/debits where required.
- Instructing gas safety certificates for the residential portfolio and uploading to systems including arranging for any works to be carried out relating to gas safety.
- Liaising with external agents on new lettings to ensure lettings are fully executed.
- Diary management for check-in and check-outs.
- Overseeing compliance of EPC's for the residential portfolio.
- Handling council tax enquiries.
- Commissioning maintenance and repair work and liaising with tenants and contractors.
- Supporting colleagues within the team with key administrative tasks as required.

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000
