We have an exciting opportunity for a Resourcing Advisor to join our People Services team. This role will work in partnership with managers and other stakeholders to source internal and external talent and ensure our recruitment activities support our corporate aims for attracting and retaining excellent colleagues. To be responsible for our end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles across whg.
Main job responsibilities:
Lead on all recruitment activity for whg, both internal and external, ensuring hiring managers are supported and candidates have an excellent experience.
Use creative techniques and market research to ensure we effectively attract suitable candidates for vacant roles.
Ensure whg’s employer brand is consistently utilised in material related to recruitment and selection.
Build effective relationships with hiring managers and understand their recruitment/resourcing requirements.
Monitor and report on all elements of the recruitment journey and utilise the ATS system to support resource planning.
Create sourcing strategies and project manage high-profile and large-scale campaigns.
Work closely with the wider People Team to promote diversity and inclusion in all resourcing and recruitment practices.
Promote the interests of whg to the community and the wider housing sector through networking and collaborative working.
We're looking for:
You will need a CIPD qualification or significant relevant experience in recruitment or resourcing. You will also need up-to-date knowledge on recruitment best-practice, legislation and trends but also a creative spark and an eye for opportunity.
You will need to use your excellent communication skills to negotiate and influence at all levels. You will also need to be well organised, self-sufficient and confident in tackling challenges head-on. Ability to work to tight deadlines, under pressure as well as being a self stater are key in this role in order to meet recruitment challenges.
