As the Resourcing Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Recruitment strategy and processes, ensuring the business attracts and identifies top-tier talent. Candidate will ideally have extensive in-house recruitment experience, managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Lead, develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an efficient and effective service.
- Work collaboratively with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Manage and enhance the company's employer of choice brand in the market.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and third party providers.
- Track recruitment metrics, analyse data, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, whilst identifying areas for improvement.
Profile
The successful Resourcing Partner should have:
- Extensive In-house recruitment experience, managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of current recruitment strategies and trends.
- Excellent engagement with internal stakeholders, external partners, and third party providers.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using ATS software and databases.
Job Offer
- A competitive salary of £45k - £50k, plus bonus scheme & 26 days holiday + B/H's
- 12 Month FTC with a strong opportunity to move into a permanent role within the company for the right candidate
- Flexible, hybrid working, based in the Exeter or Bristol office - 2/3 days a week
