Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and maintain service standards across two sites, efficiently delegating tasks.
- Oversee service team performance and provide leadership to service staff.
- Conduct performance reviews, identifying areas of success and improvement.
- Manage financial budgets and monitor costs.
- Hire and train staff, including temporary and agency personnel.
- Schedule staff rosters and address employee issues and conflicts.
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and build customer confidence.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and uphold food safety and sanitation practices.
