Retail Shop Team-Leader

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Assumes the position of Duty Manager and Site Controller in rotation with the Management Team
• Demonstrates strong service and sales approach
• Ensures Planogram updates are completed on time and plan
• Ensures all price labels are updated weekly and conducts regular price label checks, using the handheld RF scanner
• Experienced business person in dealing directly with Retailers
• Strong administrative skills in keeping records of 50+ contracts, terms, and expiration dates Also need to maintain current store lists, work on overturning manager refusals, and handling day to day needs of the retailer
• Candidate must be adept at building relationships and providing excellent customer service
• Help complete daily Store operations and tasks for the day
• Assists in unloading all merchandise from delivery trucks, organizes merchandise, and transfers merchandise from stockroom to store
• Maintaining merchandise - product rotation, proper food handling, receiving, ensuring product quality

Desired experience for this position include:

• Experience in customer complaint management preferred
• Experience in project management processes and change management preferred
• Must have full availability to work all shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Have1-2 years of retail experience with progressively increasing responsibility
• You must be a minimum of 25 years old (required)
• Successfully pass our pre-employment checks, including a hair drug screen and criminal background check
