Your mission:
You will be responsible to build a solid Revenue Management strategy for profitable growth for Portugal. The scope spans all Net Rev levers: Pack Price, Promotional Spend and Strategy, Product/Account mix, Trade Terms in both channels OT and DTS and also for the Beverages business (FOBO and COSO). Be the key point of influence in navigating the business towards sustainable growth through the year.
ResponsibilitiesYour day to day with us:
- Set the correct Pack Price & Pricing strategy, understanding shopper, consumer and category landscape
- Identify white spaces in our portfolio
- Balance brand position vs consumer perception
- Close accretive PPA gaps by channels
- Ensure commercial balance between customers and channels
- Understand company landscape to identify untapped NRM opportunities: historical NRR drivers and identify key growth levers and build integrated commercial plans to accelerate mix and identify “drags & drivers”
- Build a solid promo strategy for both channels and define optimal promo guidelines balancing SOM & MC
- Promotional performance assessment and correct when its necessary
- Scorecard & track the projects lead by RM. Evaluate the impact of recent major changes to pack price, promotions, prices, mix, to inform plans and update RM strategy.
- Partner with commercial teams to develop relevant insights to build a solid Revenue Management strategy definition and work with commercial & finance planning team to make it happen.
- Lead NRM monthly foro in Portugal setting the agenda to align and follow up NRM strategy. (audience: Sales Leadership, Finance Managers and GM)
- Be the voice of NRM in the MU and develop NRM capability within the team; the finance and commercial functions
What will you need to succeed?
- Higher education ideally in Business degree
- Accumulated minimum 5 years functional experience in Revenue Management, Planning, Insights or Sales.
- Experience and good understanding of market research tools (e.g. Nielsen, Kantar)
- Financial knowledge
- Fluent English
