Mission: Maximise the RevPar of the hotel(s) under your charge, managing the hotel's pricing strategy on a daily basis. Under the supervision of your leader, you will develop and implement various strategies to ensure peak performance.


Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


  • Analyse daily, weekly, and monthly pick-up reports and market trends from various perspectives such as market segment, source of business, room type, and point of sale, etc., ensuring ongoing optimisation of pricing strategy.

    Review, monitor, and manage the production and evolution of different distribution channels (GDS, IDS, Melia.com, direct hotel bookings) and market segments.

  • Generate and action plans for each forecast, ensuring the actions are feasible and address the challenges identified in the analysis.

    Regularly analyse the P&L of your department, scrutinise all revenues and expenses, aim to maximise outcomes, and identify improvement opportunities with the support of your Business Partner.

  • Address and resolve potential incidents within the department, reported through daily cash and production control by the administration department or MHS.

  • Monitor the defined budget, ensure adherence, report any variances within the department to your Business Partner, and contribute to defining corrective measures to minimise negative impacts, monitoring them alongside your Business Partner.


We Seek:


  • At least 2 years of experience in revenue management/supervision within the hotel industry.

  • Proficient in Pricing, Forecasting, Benchmarking.

  • Experience with Opera, Switch, Duetto is desirable.

  • Knowledge of SAP/AFO.
