Reward & Benefits Advisor
- 12 month FTC
- £45,000 - £55,000 DOE
- Location: City of London
- Hybrid working
I'm partnering with a London based Legal firm with an exciting opportunity for an experienced Reward & Benefits Advisor.
The Reward & Benefits Advisor responsibilities will include:
- Maintain and update the Reward database.
- Respond to ad-hoc Reward queries.
- Provide compensation analytics and benchmarking.
- Salary survey submissions.
- Support the preparation and delivery of year end processes.
- Bonus calculations.
- Provide support in all aspects of benefits administration.
- Support the annual renewal of benefits.
- Process benefits invoices.
- Support the inupt of payroll on an ad hoc basis.
- Establish strong working relationships with stakeholders both internal and external.
The successful candidate will have:
- Expereince in end to end benefits administration.
- Experience in compensation - Year end salary review, bonus calculations, benchmarking.
- Exceptional analytical skills, advanced excel user, comfortable working with and manipulating large data sets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous expoosure to payroll would be an advantage but not essential.
