• 12 month FTC
• £45,000 - £55,000 DOE
• Location: City of London
• Hybrid working

I'm partnering with a London based Legal firm with an exciting opportunity for an experienced Reward & Benefits Advisor.

The Reward & Benefits Advisor responsibilities will include:

• Maintain and update the Reward database.
• Respond to ad-hoc Reward queries.
• Provide compensation analytics and benchmarking.
• Salary survey submissions.
• Support the preparation and delivery of year end processes.
• Bonus calculations.
• Provide support in all aspects of benefits administration.
• Support the annual renewal of benefits.
• Process benefits invoices.
• Support the inupt of payroll on an ad hoc basis.
• Establish strong working relationships with stakeholders both internal and external.

The successful candidate will have:

• Expereince in end to end benefits administration.
• Experience in compensation - Year end salary review, bonus calculations, benchmarking.
• Exceptional analytical skills, advanced excel user, comfortable working with and manipulating large data sets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous expoosure to payroll would be an advantage but not essential.
