Reward & Benefits Analyst

Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be partnered with an international legal firm in central London in search of a Reward & Benefits Analyst. Reporting to the Reward Manager, this role offers an excellent opportunity for someone who has an HR background and understanding of Reward principles, to continue to grow and develop their career.
The Reward & Benefits Analyst responsibilities will include:
- Act as the first point of contact for any employee benefits queries.
- Manage the benefits administration process and work closely with teams in Payroll to ensure changes are made correctly.
- Assist with benefits renewals and enrolments.
- Perform salary and benefits benchmarking exercises.
- Support the Reward Manager with year end annual salary and bonus review.
- Work closely with the HRIS team to ensure data and system changes are correct and up to date.
- Support any reward project work on an ad hoc basis.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience working within and understanding of an HR department.
- Experience working on Reward activities and understanding of principles.
- Excellent excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, formulas, reporting)
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with various stakeholders and teams.
- A keen interest to pursue a career in Reward & Benefits.
