Reward and Benefits Analyst

Job Title: Reward and Benefits Analyst
Salary: between £35-40K (DOE)
Location: London (3 days a week)
JGA are partnered with an excellent professional services business based in London seeking a Reward and Benefits Analyst.
The successful candidate will have basic knowledge of Reward and Benefits from a previous role and be interested in developing a Reward and Benefits career.
Responsibilities:
* Providing admin support on Reward and Benefits processes
* Acting as first POC for benefits queries
* Building relationships with third-party providers
* Assisting on benefit annual renewal processes
* Liaising directly with Payroll teams on benefits changes.
Skills required:
* Experience of running basic HRIS reports.
* Some experience in Benefits and Reward is advantageous but not essential.
* Good communication skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Basic understanding of Excel.
