Reward and Benefits Analyst (Part Time)

Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be partnered with a leading asset manager in search of a part time Reward and Benefits Analyst.
The Reward and Benefits Analyst responsibilities will include:
- Keep the system and reward trackers up to date with joiners, leavers, salaries.
- Support with annual compensation benchmarking submission for McLagan and PwC.
- Salary and bonus modelling.
- Support year end annual salary and bonus review.
- Daily management of the Reward Inbox.
- Support the Benefits Manager on all aspects of Benefits end to end.
- Creation and maintenance of benefit & wellbeing toolkits.
- Manage the 3rd party benefits platform with the provider.
- Manage monthly reporting for the benefits portal, ensuring providers have relevant information. Reconciling data and ensuring payroll have the correct information.
- Support the renewal of benefits.
- Create and maintain Reward & Benefit related pages on the Hub (intranet).
- Produce accurate metrics and analytics for MI using a range of media and sources, both internal and external.
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong experience in Reward and Benefits administration.
- Experience supporting in annual salary and bonus processes.
- Ability to build strong business relationships with both internal and external contacts.
- Strong organisational skills, ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong excel skills and experience producing MI reports.
