Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a fantastic Team Player to join the Roofing Business Support Team in Preston.
A key focus of the role is working with Third Party Quotes and you will have a keen eye for detail. You will also be responsible for Roofing Purchase Orders, ensuring that the details are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
The applicant will be confident and accurate in assisting ATMs, with producing Sales Force Quotes to remove Billing Block efficiently.
As a Team we are at the forefront of Roofing Web Leads received, and you will be confident and positive in courtesy calls to all Leads received.
The Opportunity:
This role will be working within the busy and diverse Roofing Business Team.
Productivity, performance, and quality of service provided to the Roofing Business Unit through the below administrative functions:
- Generating third-party supplier quotes in a swift and efficient way.
- Managing billing block and deploying necessary resources to ensure clearance and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Creation of purchase orders and requisitions, invoices.
- Pre-qualifying Roof Web Leads with a Courtey Call, to obtain information to support ATMs to convert the Lead to an Opportunity.
- Allocation of UK General website enquiries.
- Improve data quality by overseeing and analysing data on Salesforce, to improve forecasting and reduce administrative workload for other roles within Roofing business unit.
- All other ad hoc administrative tasks as requested by management.
