The Role:
Express Solicitors is currently in an exciting growth phase within our Road Travel Accident department. Due to our continued success, along with various mergers, and acquisitions, the department is dealing with the new legal changes positively.
The role offers genuine progression opportunities, this year alone, we saw 2 promotions to Partner and 6 to Senior Associate. We also offer our employees remote working on a 3/2 alternate rota.
We are currently looking for an additional lawyer to join our RTA department. Ideally 1 to 4 years PQE/ Cilex or alternatively, qualified by experience. Tenacity, ability and enthusiasm are key skills in helping to get the best results for our clients.
The Caseload will be cradle to grave and you will deal with all stages from portal to trial. Therefore, you must be a strong Litigator who really knows the process. Cases will predominantly be Fast Track but there will be some exposure to Multi Track work from high qualify non-CMC sources.
We are looking for a pragmatic individual who has a keen eye for detail but is always aware of the larger picture. Someone who can balance the needs of the individual client while progressing their whole caseload.

Salary, Hours & Benefits
A basic salary up to 40,000 depending on experience.
