The Safeguarding Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing safeguarding policies within my clients NFP organisation. The role requires a proactive approach to ensure all safeguarding processes are diligently adhered to, protecting all individuals involved, specifically for sports safeguarding.

Description
- Develop and implement robust safeguarding policies and procedures
- Provide training to staff on safeguarding issues and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all safeguarding legislation and guidelines
- Handle any safeguarding incidents in accordance with company policies
- Liaise with external agencies regarding safeguarding matters
- Regularly review and update safeguarding policies
- Create a culture of safety and welfare throughout the company
- Report regularly to senior management on safeguarding issues
Profile
A successful Safeguarding Manager should have:
- An in-depth understanding of safeguarding legislation and guidelines
- Proven experience in managing safeguarding in a related industry
- Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
- The ability to provide training and promote awareness on safeguarding issues
- Experience in handling safeguarding incidents
