As a competent and passionate Health and safety professional, you will provide our establishments with help, guidance, training, coaching, and support to ensure our sites are safe and healthy for everyone. Working as part of our Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Team you will also be supporting with the development of policies, procedures, and training to drive our positive and proactive safety and health culture.

- A minimum of two years’ experience working in a safety advisor or equivalent role
- Experience in undertaking audits, safety reviews or inspections
- Experience in preparing and delivering safety training
- Degree or NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent
- Detailed understanding of relevant legislation
- Knowledge and understanding of the risk assessment process
- Self-motivated, organised, with prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible with regular working away from home and periodic UK-wide travel
