Sales Administrator

Change Recruitment are pleased to be working with an engineering business based near Weston-super-Mare in Congresbury in order to find a Sales Administrator to join their small team. This role is Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week, Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 17:00 and Friday - 08:30 - 16:00.

Duties include:

• • Liaising with customers to provide support on their requirements
  • Processing orders and enquiries using SAP and other related internal systems
  • Contact with transport agents for collections and deliveries of parts to customers
  • Ensuring service engineers are issued with relevant paperwork before the start of an assignment
  • Logging of service requests and communication with engineers on prospective work, processing of reports after assignments / sales visit
  • Maintenance of customer contacts on database
  • Supporting sales staff with creation and distribution of reports and supply of materials on request
  • Handling requests for office materials, work clothes, etc. from service engineers
  • Ordering of office stationary and generally supporting the running of a small office
