We have a fantastic opportunity to join our client as a Sales Administrator.
This is a customer focused role where you'll be liaising with dealers, distributors and end users. You'll be the point of contact for stock availability, pricing, overdue orders, shipping information and general customer queries. As well as working well within a team and being flexible to help out in other roles when required. The successful candidate will be IT literate with previous experience in customer services and administration.
Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 5.30pm and Friday 8.45am to 4pm.
Need to live locally as office attendance 5 days a week is ideal, but we will consider hybrid arrangement after probation period (6 months).

Duties:
- Sales administration for a territory - order entry, stock allocation, raising picks, commercial invoices, arranging shipments - Int. courier/UK same day and next day etc.
- Pricing and stock availability enquiries
- General customer queries (shipping/invoicing errors etc)
- Filtering incoming phone calls to the rest of the company
- Door entry and reception
- Support the sales team/account managers
- Manage post, distribution of, mailing items, booking FedEx.
Skills and experience required:
- IT literate in MS Office
- Excellent telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
- Experience of using ERP systems preferable i.e. Access, SAP, Oracle etc
- A professional approach
- Strong work ethic with good attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
